The Monona package provides couples with support and peace of mind for their rehearsal and wedding day. By hiring Brides On A Budget, you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your special day. The following services are included in the Monona package:

• Meet and collect all vendor and wedding site information
• Create wedding weekend itinerary and vendor contact list
• Contact and coordinate all logistical needs between vendor(s) and wedding day location(s) prior to and on wedding date
• Attend the rehearsal ceremony
• Distribute copies of the wedding itinerary to bridal party and others involved
• Greet deliveries, set-up ceremony and reception, and clean up/tear-down at the end of the event
• Serve as day-of contact for all vendor, location and last-minute needs
• Access to Brides On A Budget “Day-of Emergency Kit”

The Mendota package is for the couples that would like a professional to assist them throughout planning their wedding. In addition to everything included in the Monona package, you will be provided with the following:

• Provide a list of local and trusted vendor(s)/location(s) (rehearsal, ceremony and reception locations, florist, photographer, cake/dessert, musicians/entertainment/DJ, transportation, lodging for bridal party and guests, invitations, formalwear, salon/spa, etc.) that align with wedding date and the desired budget
• Provide a planning checklist catered to wedding date
  
• Design a detailed electronic budget tailored to vendors, pricing, and scheduled payment due dates.

Isthmus

The Isthmus package is designed for the couples who want to a wedding professional to do it all and bring their wedding vision to life. From setting the date until the last guest leaves the reception, Brides On A Budget will be there to oversee your entire wedding from start to finish. Along with what is provided in the Mendota and Monona package, the Isthmus package includes the following:

• Create, design and personalize décor to align with vision and budget, including color schemes, centerpieces and location layout
• Assist and attend meetings for the selection of the rehearsal, ceremony, reception location(s) and vendor(s)
• Provide assistance in contract reviews and payment schedules for vendor(s)
• Pick-up and return any rented items to vendor(s)
• Assist with the logistics of obtaining a marriage license and name change, compile guest list, seating chart; produce save the dates, invitations, programs, response cards; assembling decorations, place cards, wedding favors, hotel reservation and transportation for guests, etc.
