Brides On A Budget offers three packages to fit the means and needs of each individual couple. Throughout every important decision we provide you with guidance and support in planning your wedding day.

The Monona Package

Day-of Coordination:

Meet and collect all vendor and wedding site information
Create wedding weekend itinerary and vendor contact list
Contact and coordinate all logistical needs between vendor(s) and wedding day location(s) prior to and on wedding date
Attend the rehearsal ceremony
Distribute copies of the wedding itinerary to bridal party and others involved
Greet deliveries, set-up ceremony and reception*
Serve as day-of contact for all vendor, location and last-minute needs
Oversight and general management of the ceremony and reception until the end of first dance
Access to Brides On A Budget “Day-of Emergency Kit”

The Mendota Package

In addition to everything included in the Monona package, the following services are provided:

Provide a list of local and trusted vendor(s)/location(s) (rehearsal, ceremony and reception locations, florist, photographer, cake/dessert, musicians/entertainment/DJ, transportation, lodging for bridal party and guests, invitations, formalwear, salon/spa, etc.) that align with wedding date and desired budget
Create a checklist with monthly planning milestones catered to Client’s wedding date
Develop a detailed electronic budget tailored to vendors, pricing, and scheduled payment due dates.

The Isthmus Package

In addition to everything included in the Mendota and Monona package, the following services are provided:

Design Inspiration Board to align with vision and budget
Setup and attend meetings for vendor selection (e.g. ceremony site, reception location, florist, etc.)
Provide assistance with general contract terms for vendor(s)
Supply information and points of contact for obtaining a marriage license and name change
Assist in production and construction of save the dates, invitations and response cards

Á La Carte

In addition to the three packages listed above, Brides On A Budget also offers á la carte options to customize your day and best fit your needs.
